You will have direct access to underwriters who have a wide authority and will be able to authorise discounts for good quality risk features including no claims discount, occupancy, security and size.



We are committed to providing an efficient, responsive and fair claims service through experienced claims handlers. We offer a 24 hour claims notification service and use only quality loss adjusters from a small approved panel.

Our prime objective is to enable you to develop and expand your portfolio with good quality business with the aim of achieving and maintaining a profitable account.

Our Key Features include

  • Property Damage section which offers a full range of perils with the option to include Accidental Damage and Subsidence cover


Optional Sections can include

  • Business Interruption Cover- Gross Profit, Gross Revenue or Increased Cost of Working only and Book Debts. Extensions to the standard cover are available upon request, including public utilities, denial of access and can include customers and suppliers.

  • Goods in Transit cover provides cover for property whilst in transit within Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man to the limits selected by the customer. Cover includes transit by hauliers or own vehicles, parcel post or rail (including loading and unloading).

  • Money cover including Assault

  • Employers liability provides cover for legal liability worldwide for damages and legal costs of up to £10m (restricted to £5m in respect of Terrorism, Asbestos related claims and compensation under the Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act).

  • Loss of License - Covers loss of gross profit if the liquor licence is forfeited, suspended or withdrawn or if the appropriate licensing authority refuses to renew the licence or for the depreciation in the value of the insured's interest on the premises or business as a result of the loss of license to retail alcohol.

  • Public and Products Liability cover can be provided up to a £5m Limit of Liability.
  • Terrorism cover can be provided upon request.
